At VLC we will instill values of kindness and tolerance in our learners because kindness is the foundation of a flourishing community. Kindness and tolerance costs nothing, however they allow us to reap rewards of long-lasting friendships and relationships.

We cannot control others, but we can control ourselves. By teaching self-control as a personal skill, our learners will be adaptable and resilient, able to face and overcome challenges, with minimal anxiety, throughout their lives.
